BRONZE PACKAGE$  1,500.00

 Up to five (5) meetings with Client(s)
 Wedding & Reception Site visits
 Rehearsal Coordination (which does not include any rental fees for any items of decoration provided by Greater Expectations For You...)
 Wedding Coordination (which does not include the physical set-up / decoration of Wedding Site with items provided by either the Florist and/or the Client by the Greater Expectations For You... Staff).  This also does not include any rental fees for any items of decoration provided by Greater Expectations For You... and/or Young & Lovely Productions.  If items are rented from Greater Expectations For You... and/or Young & Lovely Productions, the rental fee does include the physical set-up by Young & Lovely Productions Staff.
 Reception Coordination (which does not include the physical set-up / decoration of the Reception Site with items provided by either the Florist, the Catering Company and/or the Client by Greater Expectations For You... Staff).  This also does not include any rental fees for any items of decoration provided by Greater Expectations For You... and/or Young & Lovely Productions.  If items are rented from Greater Expectations For You... and/or Young & Lovely Productions, the rental fee does include the physical set-up by Young & Lovely Productions Staff.
 Acceptance of any client deliveries to the Ceremony and Reception Sites
 Managing of any personnel hired by the Client for the Wedding and/or Reception
 Young & Lovely Productions Staff coverage for the entire length of the Wedding and Reception.
 There will be a $125.00 Cleaning fee for Young & Lovely Productions to provide clean-up services after the Wedding and/or Reception.

 Any additional services requested such as Event Concepts, Printing needs (i.e.: Invitations, Wedding Programs, etc.), Floral Designs / Decorations for the Ceremony Site and/or the Reception Site can be arranged for an additional fee.  (Please see a Greater Expectations For You…Representative for more information.)

***All site and personnel negotiations, bookings and payments for any items associated with the Wedding will be the financial and delivery responsibility of the Client.  Greater Expectations For You… and/or Young & Lovely Productions accepts no responsibility for the actions of any outside personnel hired by the Client for the event.
